Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in Beirut. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of architectural experience and a passion for innovative design and sustainable architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept to completion.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and design solutions.
- Research and apply sustainable design principles in all projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in 3D-modelling and rendering softwares.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
- English and Arabic proficiency.
